Hello Motorcycle Show Participants, Thank You for Registering your Bikes, Trikes, Sidecars & Others into the Show. We’re pretty excited to see all of your rides and indications show that this will be a really fun show and hopefully the spectator interest will be true & you’ll have plenty of spectators. You all have a lot of Great Rides to Share! Below is some stuff for you to read. You are the Stars of this Show!
First, we would not have this venue for the show if not for the generosity of our Hosts at the EXP Realty Office right here in the Plaza, we can show our Thanks by being respectful of each other and our surroundings with an eye to the future possibilities. And see them for your Real Estate Needs of course.
The Setup : We’ve advertised Show Time from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm and Setup time is 7:30 am – 9:00 am. To be clear your location will not be better or worse depending upon how early you get to the lot. I’ll be assigning your bike a number with your bike’s classification & then we’ll have you fill the next available empty space. So your bike’s number goes wherever you’re set up. We’ll be filling the spaces from the Riviera (west) side of the lot filling west to east but you will also be able to enter from the McCulloch Blvd entrance. We’ll direct you to where you’ll need to go & we’ll do our best to make that a smooth thing –
Important Note – Groups: A Great Many of you are buddying up with side by side spaces, I’ve tried to match up paperwork so we’ll know who’s with who, we would prefer that you have one person be the leader of your group & we can get you parked quickly. If one of your group is earlier than the others or if you’re missing one, we may hold you up a few minutes until they arrive. Our goal is to install you smoothly & we’d like to avoid empty space “gaps” if possible.
Trailering in and bringing EZ ups: Because they’re bikes & not cars or whatever, we’ll just help direct you in, slide the bike(s) off & unload your ez-ups & stuff & you’ll be able to park your car, truck or trailer in the designated cage parking zone area of the parking lot. There will be a Motorcycle Parking Only area for spectators and such.
General Rules of Attendance & Stuff : We do not have live music & that sort of entertainment as this is a Motorcycle Show to Show Off the Bikes & look at bikes & mingle & visit. You are welcome to bring a battery powered radio or that sort of thing and play your music at a reasonable volume so you won’t have neighborly conflicts. This is a No Alcohol Event. And, the usual “don’t’s” – NO burnouts, NO wheelies, No crashing or tipping over. NO Littering (including cig butts) As a General Rule let’s be polite, friendly and mellow & just have a great time with our Motorcycle Community.
Lastly, this is a FREE Event we are thankful that we can do this with you all, we’re going to be trying our best to make the event logistics, motorcycle awards & stuff go as smoothly as we can. We’ll help however we can and if we have a paperwork screwup or something like that we can square it away with a little patience without a big issue. Thank You!
