2024 EXPO EXHIBITORS PLEASE READ!
Here’s how 2024 Expo space assignments work…there are two primary determining factors:
Previous Sand-Water-RV Expo exhibitors will be extended seniority consideration whenever possible. Space assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you only submit a space application but do not include a deposit, your space application is considered not to be complete and does not constitute a valid space request.
The earlier a space application/request is submitted with the required 50% deposit, the better your chance of getting one of your preferred space choices, however, expressing a space preference does not automatically guarantee you will be assigned that space.
When making a space request, if you have a location preference, please include your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices.

Quarter space (32.5’ x 40’, 1300 sq. ft.)………….………$ 810.00

WHEN THE 2024 SAND-WATER-RV EXPO SELLS-OUT OF SPACE IN THE UPPER LOT OF WINDSOR 4 – ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR SPACE IS AVAILABLE IN THE “PARK” AREA AND ON THE “GREENBELT”.

FINAL SPACE PAYMENTS IN FULL DUE NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 2, 2023
All space costs must be paid in full prior to Expo move-in. In the event an exhibitor wishes to cancel a space reservation, that request must be made (via email or in writing) prior to September 1, 2024 in order to receive a full refund. No refunds of any payments after September 1, 2024
